Attention all cyclists: We are planning a weekend of riding in the wonderful location of Kennerdell Pennsylvania. A few of us will show for the weekend on Friday evening. I am under the impression that we will be riding somewhere around the nine o'clock time frame leaving from the bridge on the river in Kennerdell. We and anyone who would like to come and join us will be staying at Jason's Cabin that is located about or around a mile up the hill from the bridge. Pasta is in the works for an after ride feast, and we should be able to come up with a few good adventurous things to do for the remainder of the day on Saturday.
Sunday, we may do a road or mtn bike ride depending on the total consensus of the group. We usually like to do a one day mtn ride and and one day road (making the road the longer day) while we are there for the weekend. But we can always do as many rides as possible, as desired. I will be bringing a few adult soda's and some treats and everyone is welcome to bring whatever they like.
Again as stated in many blogs previous, we will have different levels of riding capabilities and all are welcome. So grab your bike and gear, a sleeper, and the desire to have fun away from the monotony of the so called city life, and sort a retreat for the weekend. Who knows maybe this will be a last ditch effort of the weather to give us a more than favorable time in the "Dell" that we all love so much.
Before I forget, we will be riding the newest and most recent of "Longhairs Addition to Kennerdell." If you have not been on these newer trails lately or yet, you must. It definitely changes that perspective of the place going to "shit" after the horses have destroyed so much of what we have played on for so long. Maybe only a matter of time before they find there way on to these ones also, but we can make for sure that we enjoy them while they last.
If there is anyone who would like to attend but needs "trans", just let one of us know. I am not sure of the amount of room we will all have, but we will make any attempts that we can do accomodate you all. But email if you would like to get a ride or whatever. Also spread the word about this to any of those fellow cyclists that you think would like to go, even if you are not or dont think you will.
I will be trying to contact as many of the folks who participate in the month of mud as I have contact information for. If you all have anyone that you know CONTACT THEM TOOOO...!!!

Great post, kudo's to you and Durb for the offer of the super cool cabin and leading the ride.
I'm at Indoor Spinning(ya I know), from 7-8:30, will pack the bike, head up afterwards to upper parking lot. I'm sure you'll guys will lap me at least once, maybe twice, so I'll plan on hearing your MotoCross sound effects quickly approacing :)

as for me. will be going up on friday...riding saturday morning and returning to town after that. then reappearing at jssons cabin for saturday evening...anyone needing a ride have them call me.
right on snoop! I will do so if there is/are any. Danny says that he is going to try for sat aftnoon w/roomate. I suppose he will call if he needs some trans....
